The study is based on a large-scale national survey with over 6,000 participants and highlights priority areas such as university–industry cooperation, learning outcomes-based approaches, digitalization, and lifelong learning. Findings reveal convergences and divergences among stakeholders, offering valuable insights for aligning higher education reforms with labor market demands and global standards.
