Abstract

This paper aims to develop a research instrument—a questionnaire—designed to assess the integration level of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in organizations. The goal is to identify the current state of digitalization and its contribution to sustainability, providing a basis for future studies and comparative analyses.
The questionnaire can be used by researchers, managers, and decision-makers to identify challenges and opportunities in the green and digital transition. Depending on available time and resources, a pilot application is also considered to collect relevant data from public and private sector organizations.
This study proposes a well-structured and applicable instrument suitable for various organizational contexts. It contributes to evaluating the integration level of IoT devices and supports strategic decision-making aimed at increasing operational efficiency and advancing sustainability through technology.
